Shipping Cost
The shipping cost will appear at checkout after your delivery details are entered.
Shipping is free for all Australian orders over $1000, or alternatively there will be the option to select Australia Wide (Metro) or Australia Wide (Rural).
While we do our best to provide you with the lowest prices possible, we appreciate your understanding if the shipping costs exceed the estimated delivery and handling fees, you will be notified of any additional costs before we proceed with the order.
On the other hand, feel free to contact us for a quote if you think the system has over-estimated, we are happy to work out the best price for you.
Shipping within Australia
We use various networks of couriers.
Some of our products are shipped directly from our Partner Warehouses' to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Dispatch Times
- Embroidered/Printed orders are generally dispatched within 3-4 weeks, as long as items are available.
- Unbranded (blank stock) orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days, occasionally it will take longer if stock is to be collated from multiple warehouses.
- Custom orders that require manufacturing (eg. bulk offshore production) can take 4 weeks - 3 months depending on the item, timeframes will be advised at the time of order.
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within these time frames, you will be notified as soon as possible, generally within a few days.
You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Times
Once your order is dispatched, delivery time will depend on your location. Generally within 5-10 business days Australia Wide. Can be longer for remote/rural addresses.
Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, and every effort will be made by us to meet any due dates, but unforeseen circumstances can happen, which are out of our control. Any delays, like freight, stock shortages etc, we cannot be held to blame.
Orders cannot be cancelled if they do not make it in time. No refunds or discounts will be available.
Evoke Uniforms is not in any way legally liable for any goods not arriving at any destination by a due date.
Express Shipping

You can expect delivery the next business day from dispatch.
EXPRESS DELIVERY (if you are outside the Express Delivery Zone)
You can expect delivery within 2-4 business days from dispatch.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent via a dispatch email, this will include your tracking number and the name of the shipping company.
Your tracking number can be entered into their website to check the delivery status of your order online.
Urgent Orders
An added benefit of completing our embroidery and printing on-site, it gives us control to prioritise any urgent orders to complete by your required due date. See here for more info.
Selecting the correct shipping option at the checkout
You will be provided with two options for shipping:
Option One:
AUSTRALIA WIDE (Metro) - all locations across Australia in the city metro area.
Option Two:
AUSTRALIA WIDE (Rural- all non metro) - all rural/remote locations across Australia.

Signing For Delivery Of Your Order
When your order is delivered it will require your signature.
We suggest delivery to a work address, if you will not be home.
If no one is available to sign, you will be notified by a calling card, or via electronic method (sms, email or app), your order will be returned to your local courier depot or Post Office.
We send via the most economical freight method, which is usually via Courier (Quicklee Express - same or next day delivery within Perth), or TNT Express (for the rest of Australia) for boxes/cartons (larger orders), or Australia Post for satchels (smaller orders). Couriers can not ship to PO boxes. Australia Post can.
We can not offer an "Authority to Leave" option.
Drivers can not call on approach, or advise a time window for delivery. If you check the tracking details on your dispatch email, this usually provides an estimated delivery date.
Changing Your Shipping Address
Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not been dispatched. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 08 6404 4403 or email sales@evokeuniforms.com.au stating your order number and new shipping address.
Public Holidays
Orders are not processed or dispatched on Public Holidays. These will be actioned the next business day.
Local Pick Up
A local pick up option is available from our Gnangara warehouse for all WA orders.
You will receive an email advising when your order is ready for collection.
Pick up hours are Monday - Thursday: 9am-5pm and Friday: 9am-2.45pm.
Note: Stock is not held at the Evoke warehouse, it is ordered in as required from our large list of suppliers/brands, dispatch times are the same as shown above.
For blank stock orders, we are able to ship directly from some supplier warehouses, if you select the Pick Up option, this means they will come here for you to collect (instead of going directly to your address), it can add extra time to your order, if required urgently, a direct delivery would be best.
The Pick Up option suits customers who are unable to sign for deliveries at their home or work address.
Transport Assurance
All Australian orders are covered by transport assurance against loss or damage to goods in transit.
A receiver signature on either a Proof of Delivery copy of the consignment-label, a sub-docket or an 'electronic signature' signifies the goods were delivered in full and not damaged in any way. If the goods are damaged the receiver must make a note stating this on the Proof of Delivery. If they have any doubts they MUST sign 'Pending Inspection' and cross out 'Accepting the goods in good order'. Claims must be made within 14 days of the incident occurring.
We do not offer an "Authority to Leave" option as this would void the transport assurance.
International Shipping
We ship Australia wide.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
